TOWER THERMOSTAT COVERAGE
A Tower-marked thermostat may qualify for coverage for the life of its original structure.
Find the eligibility rules, covered work, exclusions, and the steps for requesting warranty service below.
Eligibility and coverage are subject to the program’s limited warranty terms.

FIRST, CHECK YOUR THERMOSTAT
A thermostat displaying Tower’s name and phone number may qualify. The program requires either a pre-printed thermostat or a Tower pre-printed label attached to it with the wording “Tower Heating & Air (919) 928-5366.”
Tower Heating & Air, LLC must diagnose the thermostat failure and perform the repair or replacement. Contact Tower before arranging work with another provider.
Not sure about your label? Tell our team what is printed on your thermostat when you call.
LENGTH OF COVERAGE
For a qualifying thermostat, the limited warranty is described by these three conditions.
Coverage lasts for the life of the structure where the thermostat was first installed.
The thermostat program states that its limited warranty transfers if the structure changes owners.
Replacing the heating or cooling equipment controlled by the thermostat does not, by itself, end this coverage.
